RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY:

All items purchased are final sale, thus we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for these items. Returns are not permitted due to sizing issues. RETURNS / EXCHANGES ARE ONLY ALLOWED ON ITEMS THAT ARE DEFECTED. Please email ziondivino@sevenxseventy.com or DM us on Instagram @seventimeseventy with pictures of the defective product so we can quickly resolve the problem. The item(s) must be unharmed, not worn, unaltered, and free from any odors. If item(s) do not fit these requirements, it will be sent back to the customer at his/her expense. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in sale-able condition. Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are at the customer's expense. Refunds will be issued upon receiving returns. Please allow approximately 5-10 business days for refunds to reflect on your account, depending upon the bank. We do not offer credit notes. All refunds will be returned to the original form of payment.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY:

All orders are eligible to be cancelled up to 48 hours after purchase.

SHIPPING

Please allow 3-4 weeks to receive your item(s) depending on your location. Seven x Seventy is based in New Jersey so shipping may be delayed based on where you will be receiving your items.
